The Town of Ball’s Magistrate will set the fine(s) in court on the scheduled court date for violations that are Mandatory Court Appearance.Failure to be present in court or pay the fine may result in a bench warrant for your arrest and/ or suspension of driver’s license and contemp charges.The Town of Ball Prosecutor’s Office is NOT REQUIRED to provide any defendant with legal representation.
